Sony Xperia XZs with 5.2-inch display, Snapdragon 820, 4GB RAM announced

Sony has just announced its latest smartphone called Xperia XZs at an event in Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017.
Design wise, it is very similar to last year’s Xperia XZ. Side bezels are minimum and is comfortable to hold. It measures 146 x 72 x 8.1 mm and weighs 161 grams. It is also IP68 rated for dust and water resistance.
The Sony Xperia XZs sports 5.2-Inch IPS LCD display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and 424ppi pixel density. It has 71% screen-to-body ratio and supports multi-touch.
Sony Xperia XZs image 02Under the hood is a 2.15GHz quad-core (Kyro cores) Snapdragon 820 MSM8996 processor with Adreno 530 GPU.
It has 4GB RAM (quad-channel 1866MHz), 32GB built-in storage space and allows further expansion up to 256GB using MicroSD card. The battery inside is of of 2900mAh and is non-removable.
The Sony Xperia XZs features in 19MP rear camera with /1.23-inch sensor size. It has LED Flash, Exmor RS sensor, supports Auto Focus, Slow motion video capture at 960Fps and 4K video recording. On the front side is a 13MP selfie camera with 1/3.06-inch Exmor RS sensor and 22mm  wide-angle-lens.
Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g//ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.2, GPS/A-GPS/GLONASS, NFC, MicroUSB V2.0, 3.5mm Audio jack etc.
The Sony Xperia XZs will hit stores on April 5, 2017 with a price-tag of $699.99. It will come in Ice Blue, Warm Silver and Black color options.
