Tambo TA 3 with 4G VoLTE, 4.95-inch display launched in India

A new smartphone company TAMBO has entered India with its TA 3 smartphone. It is a budget phone which not only houses fingerprint sensor (rear) at the back but also supports face unlock.
The Tambo TA 3 has dimensions of 138.5 x 65.8 x 10.1 mm and weighs 133 grams. It is powered by Android 7.0 Nougat OS and houses Dual SIM slots.
The mobile packs in a 4.95-inch TN display with 960 x 480 pixels FWVGA+ resolution at 18:9 aspect ratio. It comes with 1.1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737M (64-bit) processor with Mali-T720 GPU.
The Tambo TA3 specs include 1GB RAM, 16GB built-in storage space and allows further expansion up to 64GB using MicroSD card. There is a 5MP selfie shooter with LED Flash. At the back side is a primary 5MP camera with dual-LED Flash.
Tambo TA 3 image -2The smartphone features in 2100 mAh battery. Connectivity wise, it supports 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.2, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS, FM Radio and 3.5mm Audio Jack.
The Tambo TA 3 price is set in India at Rs. 4999. It comes in Metallic Blue, Jet Black and Champagne colors. The handset will be available via its distribution channels. Company is promising one time screen replacement (in a year) and service warranty of 200 days. Tambo also claims to have over 600 service centers in India and plans to add 1000 more by end of 2018.
