TECNO has launched its latest CAMON 15 and CAMON 15 Pro budget smartphones. These quad-rear cameras, which is impressive for the price-tag at which they are offered at.
The TECNO CAMON 15 price is Rs. 999 and comes in Shoal Gold, Fascination Purple and Dark Jade colors. The TECNO CAMON 15 Pro price is Rs. 14999 and comes in Ice Jadeite and Opal White colors. It comes with free wireless speaker (worth Rs. 3499). Both of these handset will be available from February 25th.
TECNO CAMON 15
It is a Dual SIM Smartphone (nano slots) which runs on Android 10 with HiOS V6.0.1 on top. It has fingerprint sensor for fast unlocking and houses 5000mAh battery.
The CAMON 15 features in a 16MP AI Selfie camera placed inside a punch-hole. The screen is a 6.55-inch Do-in display with 90% screen-to-body ratio and HD+ resolution.
There is 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM which is further expandable up to 256GB using MicroSD card. It has quad-rear camera setup consisting of 48MP (Main) + 5MP (115-degree wide-angle lens), 2MP (2cm Macro) + Ultra Night Lens (DSP Chip, F/1.9 Aperture).
Usual connectivity options like Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V5.0, GPS/A-GPS and 3.5mm Audio jack are present.
TECNO CAMON 15 Pro
It is a slightly upgraded model when compared with non-pro model. It has a 6.53-inch FullView display with 2340 x 1080 pixels at 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 480nits brightness and multi-touch support. The handset boasts 91.2% screen-to-body ratio.
The CAMON 15 Pro features in 2.35GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 processor coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage space. You also get MicroSD card slot for further expansion.
The handset sports 32MP AI Selfie camera which is placed inside pop-up module. At the back side is 48MP (main) + 5MP (115-degree ultra-wide angle lens) + 2MP (2cm Macro) + Ultra Night Lens (DSP chip, F/1.79) quad-cameras with LED Flash.
There is a fingerprint sensor. A 4000mAh battery powers the hardware. Its Dual Nano SIM Slots supports dual 4G VoLTE. Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V5.0, GPS/A-GPS and 3.5mm audio jack are supported as well.
