TECNO has launched a new mid-range smartphone in Russia called POVA Neo 2. It comes in Black, Blue and Grey colors.
The TECNO POVA Neo 2 is offered in two options – 4GB RAM with 64GB storage which is priced at RUB 11,990 ($207 / Rs. 16,830 approx.) and 6GB RAM with 128GB storage, which costs RUB 13,990 ($241 / Rs. 19,650 approx.). It will go on sale in Russia from October 3rd.
TECNO POVA Neo 2 specs and features
The smartphone measures 170.86 x 77.79 x 9.63 mm. It has Dual Nano SIM slots and support dual 4G VoLTE. It has a side mounted fingerprint sensor for biometrics.
The POVA Neo 2 specs include 6.82-inch multi-touch display with 1640 x 720 pixels resolution, 20.5:9 aspect ratio and 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood is an octa-core (2GHz A75 x 2 + 2GHz A55 x 6) MediaTek Helio G85 processor with ARM Mali-G52 2EEMC2 (up to 1000MHz) GPU.
It has 4GB/6GB RAM options with 64GB/128GB storage variants. The cell phone comes with dedicated MicroSD card slot for further storage expansion up to 1TB.
The handset comes pre-installed with Android 12 based HiOS 8.6. It has stereo speakers with DTS audio. A huge 7000mAh battery is included with 18W fast charging support.
For optics, an 8MP camera is placed at front with LED Flash. The back side are dual cameras with LED flash, which includes 16MP Main and a second depth camera. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.0, USB Type-C, GPS and 3.5mm audio jack.
