A new OPPO smartphone with model number PDYT20 and PDYM20 just got certified by TENAA with full specs sheet and photos. Both the models are essentially same handset with one being carrier specific.
TENAA listing of OPPO PDYT20 / OPPO PDYM20 confirms a 6.5-inch multi-touch LCD display with 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution and 20:9 aspect ratio. It has fingerprint sensor placed at the side.
The measures 162.2 x 75.0 x 7.9 mm and weighs 175 grams. It includes a 3945mAh battery capacity and will support fast charging. The handset runs on Android 10 with with latest Color OS,
The PDYT20 / PDYM20 are powered by 2GHz octa-core processor (Possibly MediaTek Dimensity 800 5G SoC) with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage space. Sadly, there is no support for further storage expansion. It has Gravity, light and distance sensor bundled inside.
This OPPO smartphone houses total of four cameras. At the back side is a triple camera setup of 16MP (main) + 8MP (wide-angle) + 2MP (depth) shooters. Selfies are handled by an 8MP front facing camera.
Connectivity options like 5G (SA/NSA) / Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V5.0, GPS/GLONASS/Bediou will be supported as well.
The Oppo PDYM20 / PDYT20 will come in Black/White, Purple/Silver and Red colors. We should know more details and launch date in coming days. The handset could allegedly launch as Oppo A92 5G.
