Renders of an unannounced Moto Phone has surfaced online. Initially, the phone was said to be Moto X (2017) which did make sense because Lenovo (Motorola) was rumored to revive its Moto X Lineup.
There are also speculations that the renders are of new Moto C smartphone. However, HelloMotoHK has opposed the claims and has revealed that it is neither Moto X nor Moto C. The handset carries codename “CEDRIC” and is the same mobile that recently passed FCC.
A quick look at the renders of this Moto Smartphone suggests a metal design with a humped up camera module. There is no support for MotoMods, which is one of the USP’s of Moto Z lineup.
Moreover, there is presence of MicroUSB port, 3.5mm Audio jack at the bottom and fingerprint sensor on home button. There are no stereo speakers nor dual cameras which further points to a mid-range device.
