Verizon unveils ASUS ZenPad Z8s Tablet for $250

Verizon has launched a new ASUS tablet called ZenPad Z8s. It is an elegant and modern-looking tablet with sturdy metal uni-body design.
The device has height of 8-inches, width of 5.27-inch and weighs about 11.28 oz. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS. It has ZenMotion technology that allows one to easily turn your device on / off or quickly access programs.
The ASUS ZenPad Z8s specs include 7.9-inch IPS QXGA display with 2048 x 1536 pixels resolution. It also includes VisualMaster suite of image enhancement technologies including Tru2Life+ for optimizing sharpness and contrast of each pixels.
Under the hood is a 1.8GHz hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 SoC coupled with 3GB RAM. It has 16GB internal storage space and allows further expansion up to 128GB using MicroSD card.
ASUS ZenPad Z8s tablet image -2This Android tablet also supports 4G LTE (Bands: B2/B4/B5/B13). It has 4680 mAh battery which is said to offer up to 12 hours of usage and about 300 hours of standby. There are 5MP front and 13MP rear cameras as well.
Verizon is selling ASUS ZenPad Z8s for US$ 250. If you are opting for two years contract, you can get the tablet for US$150. There are payment plans as well going at $10.41 per month for a period of two years.
