VIVO India has launched two new V series smartphones in India called VIVO V27 and VIVO V27 Pro. There are basically same but with different chipsets.
They come in Noble Black and Magic Blue colors. These are up for pre-booking at company’s e-store, Flipkart and offline channels. Official sale date is slated for March 6th.
Specs of VIVO V27 and VIVO V27 Pro
Starting with the chipsets, the vanilla V27 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 7200 processor and Mali-G610 MC4 GPU. The V27 Pro on the other hand feature in octa-core MediaTek Dimensiy 8200 processor with mali-G610 MC6 GPU.
Both of these measure 164.1 x 74.8x 7.36 (black) / 7.4mm (blue) respectively. These weight about 182 grams. They feature in an in-display fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers (with Hi-Res audio) and Type-C audio support.
The VIVO V27 / V27 Pro specs include 6.7-inch 60° 3D curved AMOLED HDR10+ display offering 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio and 120Hz refresh rate. Depending on model, they come with 8GB LPDDR5 RAM with 128GB / 256GB UFS 3.1 storage space and 12GB LPDDR5 RAM with 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.
These have dual Nano SIM slots and supports 5G SA/NSA (bands n1/n3/n5/n8/n28A/n77/n78) and dual 4G VoLTE. They run on Android 13 based Funtouch OS 13 out of the box.
The V27 and V27 Pro have 50MP auto focus selfie camera with F/2.45 Aperture. At their back side is a combo of 50MP (main, Sony IMX766V sensor, F/1.88, OIS) + 8MP (ultra-wide, F/2.2) + 2MP (macro, F/2.4) cameras along with ring LED Flash (aura light).
Both of these mobile phones have 4600mAh (typical) / 4500mAh (minimum) battery and supports 66W fast charging. Connectivity options like Wi-Fi 6 802.11 ax, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.3, USB Type-C and dual band GPS/GLONASS/Beidou are supported.
