Vivo outs V21e smartphone in India, priced at Rs. 24990

VIVO has just launched its new V Series smartphone in India called V21e. Notably, the handset is different from the one announced in Malaysia back in April.

The Vivo V21e India variant comes with octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC inside and is paired with 8GB RAM (with extended RAM technology) and 128GB built-in storage space. It has Hybrid Dual Nano SIM slots, of which 2nd slot can be used to further expand storage.

Indian VIVO V21e 5G has Dark Pearl and Sunset Jazz colour options. Their thickness and weight vary depending on the colour. Regardless, the smartphone houses an in-display fingerprint sensor for biometrics.

The VIVO V21e 5G model in India is powered by Android 11 based Funtouch OS 11.1. It has 6.44-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution, 60Hz refresh rate and offers 600nits peak HBM brightness.

The handset supports 5G but only single n78 band. It has 32MP selfie camera at front while there are 64MP main and 8MP wide-angle cameras at back with LED flash. The hardware is powered by 4000mAh battery and supports 44W fast charging. Vivo claims that 30 minutes of charge gives 72% battery.

VIVO V21e Specifications

The VIVO V21e 5G is priced at Rs. 24,990 ($337 approx.) and will go on sale at Amazon.in, Flipkart and Vivo India’s e-store.
