Vivo has introduced a new selfie focused smartphone called Vivo V5. It has 20MP front facing camera with F/2.0, 5P Lens, Sony IMX376 sensor, 1/2.78-inch sensor size and moonlight flash.
On the back side of the phone is 13MP camera unit with LED Flash, PDAF, Digital Zoom, Panorama, HDR and 1080p video recording capabilities.
The phone sports a metal design and houses fingerprint sensor on the home button. It can unlock phone in just 0.2 seconds. Inside is Hybrid dual SIM slots (nano + nano / microSD) and supports 4G LTE as well.
The Vivo V5 specs include 5.5-Inch IPS 2.5D Arc glass multi-touch display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. It has octa-core MediaTek MT6750 (1.5GHz Cortex A53 x 4 + 1GHz Cortex A53 x 4) processor with Mali-T860 GPU.
The smartphone has dimensions of 153.8 x 75.5 x 7.55 mm and weighs 154 grams. It has 3000 mAh battery that fuels the hardware. The device runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow based Funtouch OS 2.6.
The Vivo V5 is priced at INR 17,980 ($265/€245) and will go on sale from November 26th. It comes in Grey and Crown Gold color options.
