Vivo V5s with 20MP selfie camera launched in India

Vivo has just launched its latest selfie smartphone in India called Vivo V5s. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow based Funtouch OS 3.0.
The phone measures 153.8 x 75.5 x 7.55 mm and weighs 154 grams. It has uni-body metal design and houses fingerprint sensor embedded on home button. It also comes with AK4376 audio chip for optimum sound.
The Vivo V5s specs include 5.5-inch 720p display with 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by an octa-core (1.5GHz A53 x4 + 1GHz A53 x 4) MediaTek MT6750 processor with Mali-T860 GPU.

It has 4GB RAM, 64GB buil-in ROM and allows further expansion up to 128GB using MicroSD card. The hardware is powered by 3000 mAh battery.
Main attraction of V5s is its 20MP front facing selife camera. It has moonlight flash, Sony IMX376 Sensor, 1/2.78-inch sensor size, 5P lens and F/2.0 Aperture. On the back side is 13MP main snapper with F/2.2 Aperture, PDAF and LED Flash.
Connectivity features include Hybrid Dual SIM slots (micro + nano / microSD) and supports 4G VoLTE. Other options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.1, GPS/A-GPS/GLONASS, MicroUSB V2.0, USB OTG, FM Radio, 3.5mm Audio Jack etc.
It also include Accelerometer, Proximity Sensor, Ambient Light Sensor and accelerometer.

The Vivo V5s is priced at Rs. 18,990 ($296 approx.). It’s Matte Black version goes on Sale from May 6, 2017 and its Crown Gold variant will be available from May 20, 2017. Pre-orders starts from today at Flipkart.
