Vivo X20 and X20 Plus smartphones with Snapdragon 660 unveiled

Vivo has officially announced its two latest smartphones called X20 and X20 Plus. Both handsets were announced at an event in China.
The Vivo X20 and Vivo X20 Plus smartphones are powered by an octa-core (2.2GHz Kyro 260 x 4 + 1.8GHz Kyro 260 x 4) Snapdragon 660 14nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 512 GPU. They have 4GB RAM, 64GB / 128GB (in X20) storage options and allows further expansion up to 256GB as well.
They have hybrid Dual SIM slots (nano + nano / microSD) and supports 4G VoLTE. They run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat based Funtouch OS 3.2. Both of these cell phones sports a fingerprint sensor at the back side.
The X20 and X20 plus have the same cameras. On the front side is 12MP snapper with soft LED flash and F/2.0 Aperture. On the back side is dual camera setup with LED Flash. It consists of 12MP with F/1.8 aperture and OIS. Secondary rear camera is of 5MP.
The Vivo X20 specs include 6.01-inch Super AMOLED display with 2.5D curved glass. It has 2160 x 1080 pixels Full HD+ resolution at 18:9 aspect ratio and supports multi-touch as well. The device measures 155.85 x 75.15 x 7.2 mm and weighs 159 grams. It has AK4376A DAC for audio and is powered by 3245 mAh fast charging battery.
The Vivo X20 Plus specifications include a 6.43-inch Super AMOLED multi-touch display with 2160 x 1080 pixels Full HD+ resolution (18:9 ratio). It has 3905 mAh hast charging battery that fits inside measurements of 165.3 x 80.09 x 7.45 mm (weigh of 181.5 grams). It has ES9318 DAC to ensure optimum audio experience.
Connectivity wise, both of them support Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.0, GPS and 3.5mm Audio Jack.
The Vivo X20 price starts at 2998 Yuan (US$ 445 / Rs. 29,500 approx.) for 64GB variant and 3398 Yuan (US$ 515 / Rs. 33,450 approx.) for 128GB storage model. The Vivo X20 Plus price goes at 3498 Yuan (US$ 530 / Rs. 34,430 approx.).
Both of these smartphones will be available in Gold, Rose Gold and Matte Black colors. They will be up for order from September 22 and will be available in China from September 30th.
