Vivo X30 and X30 Pro with Exynos 980 SoC, 8GB RAM unveiled

VIVO has announced its latest X Series smartphones called X30 and X30 Pro. These were announced at an event in China. These come with an in-display fingerprint sensor and glass back.

These mobiles measure 158.45 x 74.10 x 8.8 mm and weighs 196.5 grams. They have Dual Nano SIM slots and boots on Android 9.0 Pie with Funtouch OS 10.

The Vivo X30 and X30 Pro features in 6.44-inch Super AMOLED display with 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution at 20:9 aspect ratio, 1200nits brightness and delivers 100% DCI-P3 color gamut. They boast 91.4% screen-to-body ratio.

These come with 2.2GHz octa-core Samsung Exynos 980 processor with Mali-G76 GPU. They have 8GB RAM (LPDDR4X) and comes in options of 128GB / 256GB UFS2.1 storage space.

The Vivo X30 and X30 Pro come with 32MP front camera with F/2.45 Aperture. At the back side is 64MP (F/1.8) + 8MP (120-degree ultra-wide sensor, F/2.2) + 32MP (Portrait, F/2.0) + 13MP (Periscope, F/3.0, 5X optical / 10X digital zoom) Quad-Rear cameras with dual LED Flash.

It has 4350mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. Depending on variant, it has 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.0, USB Type-C, GPS/GLONASS, FM Radio and 3.5mm Audio jack.

The Vivo X30 8GB/128GB variant price is 3298 Yuan (US$ 471 / Rs. 33,450 approx.), the X30 8GB/256 model price is 3598 Yuan (US$ 515 / Rs. 36,490 approx.). The Vivo X30 Pro 5G 8GB/128GB version costs 3998 Yuan (US$ 570 / Rs. 40,550 approx.) and X30 Pro 5G 8GB/256G carries price tag of 4298 Yuan (US$ 615 / Rs. 43,590 approx.). These come in Black, Pink and Blue colors and will be available from December 24th in China.
