VIVO has introduced its new Y Series smartphone in India called VIVO Y20i and VIVO Y20. These are basically same with only difference being RAM.
These come with Dual Nano SIM slots with Dual 4G VoLTE support. They have side mounted fingerprint sensor and runs on Android 10 OS with FunTouch OS 10.5.
The VIVO Y20i / Y20 features in 6.51-inch LCD display with 1600 x 720 pixels HD+ resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio and multi-touch support. Under the hood, you get octa-core (1.8GHz x 4 + 1.6GHz x 4) Snapdragon 460 mobile platform with Adreno 610 GPU (600MHz).
The VIVO Y20i sports 3GB RAM while VIVO Y20 model houses 4GB LPDDR4X RAM. These have 64GB built-in storage space and allows further expansion up to 256GB using MicroSD card.
Optics are handled by 8MP front camera and triple rear shooters, which is a combination of 13MP (main, F/1.8) + 2MP (depth, F/2.4) + 2MP (macro, F/2.4) cameras and LED Flash.
The Y20i / Y20 both come with 5000mAh battery and supports 18W FlashCharge fast charging. VIVO claims it to offer up to 16 hours of HD movie streaming or 11 hours of gaming on a full charge.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V5.0, MicroUSB port, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou, FM Radio and 3.5mm audio jack.
The VIVO Y20i price is Rs. 11,490 and comes in Dawn White and Nebula Blue colors. It will go on sale from September 3rd at major e-commerce platforms, VIVO India e-store and all partner Retail stores.
The VIVO Y20 price is Rs. 12,990 and comes in Obsidian Black and Dawn White colors. It will go on sale from August 28th at major e-commerce stores, VIVO India e-store and partner retail stores across India.
