VIVO unveiled Y53s 4G model in Vietnam back in July. Today, company has officially launched the handset in India. Notably, it is different for Y53s 5G.
The VIVO Y53s feature a 6.58-inch LCD display with 2408 x 1080 pixels resolution and is powered by Octa-core MediaTek Helio G80 processor and ARM Mali-G52 2EEMC2 GPU (950MHz).
It has 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB built-in storage space. The smartphone comes with dedicated MicroSD card slot for further expansion up to 1TB. The mobile boots on Android 11 based FunTouch OS 11.
It comes with Multi-Turbo 5.0 and Ultra gaming mode for enhanced performance. It has 5000mAh battery and supports 18W fast charging.
The VIVO Y53s features in triple rear cameras consisting of 64MP (main, F/1.79), 2MP (depth, F/2.4) and 2MP (macro, F/2.4) lenses and LED flash. At the front side is a 16MP selfie shooter with F/2.0 Aperture.
The cellphone has dimensions of 164 x 75.4 x 8.38 mm and weighs 190 grams. It comes with a side mounted fingerprint sensor. The Y53s includes Aura Screen Light feature that gives out studio-style illumination by identifying brightness, contrast and color temperature.
For connectivity, mobile supports Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.0, USB Type-C, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou and 3.5mm audio jack.
The VIVO Y53s price in India is set at Rs. 19,490 and comes in Deep Sea Blue and Fantastic Rainbow colors. It is already available at several e-commerce platforms including Amazon.in. You can also get it at partner retail stores.
