Vivo Y55s with 5.2-Inch HD display, Snapdragon 425, 3GB RAM launched in India

Vivo has announced its latest mid-range smartphone in India under its Y Series called Y55s. It runs on Funtouch OS 3.0 which is based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The Vivo Y55s Specs include 5.2-Inch IPS 2.5D curved edge display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. The screen offers 282ppi pixel density and supports multi-touch as well.
Under the hood is a 1.4GHz quad-core Snapdragon 425 processor with Adreno 308 GPU. It has 3GB RAM and 16GB internal storage space. It also allows further expansion up to 256GB using MicroSD Card.
The Y55s Features in 13MP primary snapper on the back with LED Flash, Auto Focus and 1080p video recording support. On the front side sits a 5MP selfie camera.
Vivo Y55s image 01The hardware inside is powered by 2730 mAh battery. The smartphone also supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.1, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS, FM Radio, 3.5mm Audio jack etc.
The Vivo Y55s is priced at INR 12,490 ($187) and comes in Space Grey and Crown Gold color options. It will go on sale in India from February 26, 2017.
