VIVO V1963A gets certified with 6.57-inch FHD+ display, 8GB of RAM

A new VIVO smartphone with model number V1963A has been certified by TENAA, a compulsory Chinese certification authority. The listing confirms most of its specifications. Details of VIVO Z6 5G which recently went on pre-booking in China are similar to V1963A.

Starting with the dimensions, the Vivo V1963A measures 163.99 x 75.71 x 9.16 mm and weighs 201 grams. It will have dual SIM support with 5G and Dual 4G VoLTE. It boots on Android 10 Out of the Box and sports fingerprint sensor for fast and secure unlocking.

The smartphone features in 6.57-inch multi-touch display with 2080 x 1080 pixels resolution. At its core is a 2.8GHz octa-core processor, which is Snapdragon 765G SoC.

The V1963A comes in 6GB / 8GB RAM variants with 64GB / 128GB / 256GB storage options (depending on model). The storage seems to be non expandable though. It has 4880mAh (minimum) battery and supports fast charging as well.

The mobile sports a quad-camera setup at the back. It houses 48MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP shooters a the back along with LED flash. Selfies are handled by 16MP front camera. Usual connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Hotspot, Bluetooth V5.0, GPS and USB Type-C.

The Vivo V1963A should launch soon. It is worth noting that this particular handset is certified under VIVO banner and not in iQOO’s.
