VUZE 3D 360 VR Camera announced for US$ 799

VUZE announced the world first consumer 3D 360 VR Camera at Cannes Film Festival. It has the ability to capture both 3D and  2D VR content using a point-and-shoot camera. It also has ability to edit, stitch and deliver VR videos with just touch of a button.
VUZE 3D 360 VR camera has a sleek, attractive and ergonomically designed within a point-and-shoot form factor. It is light weight and easily fit in pockets. It comes bundled with software studio for real time processing and editing.
Unlike the existing 2D 360 camera’s, the 3D 360 VR features 8 full HD camera for 2D content. They simultaneously capture videos and stereophonic sound and can take 360 spherical content in both 2D and 3D. Each camera lens captures 120 horizontal FOV and 180 vertical FOV to generate 4K stereoscopic 3D 360 VR content.

It has measurements of 12 x 12 x 3 cm. It offers up to 1 hours of video capturing and renders H.264 HD video file which can be transferred easily to computers. It can also be controlled remotely by a dedicated iOS or Android Application.
It’s packaging will include VUZE Camera, Software Sutdio, VR Headset, a purposely engineered “selfie stick” that transforms in to tripod, multiple / detachable holdings and stylish carrying case.
The VUZE 3D 360 VR camera is priced at US$ 799 and is already up from pre-order. It comes in Yellow, Red, Black and Blue colour options. Users will have to register here to avail this price, however, company has assured that no payments will be taken until shipping begins this fall.
