WhatsApp Business App launched

One of the most popular messaging application in WhatsApp. Now, company has introduced WhatsApp Business App for small business owners for easy communication with its customers.
The WhatsApp Business Application is largely based on its original WhatsApp Messenger. It comes with key features like offline messages, messaging, group chats, calls, ability to send multimedia and much more.
Business can download this new application and setup their account. Unlike its messaging app, The Business App allows users to make their Business Profiles, allowing users to write description, store address, website and email.
It has Smart messaging tools like quick replies for frequently asked questions, Greetings message for introducing yourself and away message. Additionally, it gives messaging statistics allowing users to review simple metrics like number of messages read.
WhatsApp Business App users will be listed at as a Business account so that people can know that they are talking with a business. In time, some business will have confirmed accounts. WhatsApp Web is also supported for sending and receiving messages from desktop.
The WhatsApp Business is already available in Indonesia, Italy, Mexico, UK and US. It will start rolling out globally in coming weeks.
