Xiaomi Mi TV 4A announced, comes in 43-inch, 49-inch, 55-inch and 65-inch sizes

Xiaomi has announced Mi TV 4A series of Smart TV’s with ‘Patch Wall’ deep learning AI technology. Xiaomi also unveiled its Mi Remote control with Infrared and Bluetooth support.
The Mi Bluetooth Remote has usual navigation buttons and supports gestures to control TV. It has Speech recognition functionality and makes use of Sogou ASR speech recognition technology. It is claimed to be 97% accurate.
The Xiaomi Mi TV 4A comes in 4 Sizes. The 43-inch and 49-inch display model has 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution with 178-degree viewing angles. They come with Samsung / LG / AUO / CSOT panels.
The 55-inch and 65-inch Mi TV 4A offers 4K Displays (3840 x 2160 pixels) and sports 178-degree viewing angles as well. Xiaomi will be using Samsung / LG / CSOT panels in these two variants.
Just for the sake of information, let us tell you that each panels from different manufacturers will have a slightly different offering, be it the dynamic response time, contrast ratio or NTSC color gamut.
The Xiaomi Mi TV 4A specs include 1.5GHz quad-core Cortex-A53 Amlogic T962 processor with Mali-450 MP2 GPU clocked at 750MHz. They come with 2GB DDR4 dual-channel RAM and 8GB internal storage. The Artificial Intelligence Voice Edition will sport 32GB eMMC 5.1 storage.
These smart TV’s from Xiaomi run on MIUI TV, which is base on Android OS. they have 6W x 2 speakers and supports Dolby Virtual surround sound, Bass Boost and DTS. Connectivity features like Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V4.2 LE, Mi Port, three HDMI 2.0b ports, USB 2.0 and ethernet port etc.
The Mi TV 4A 43-inch (1080p) model is priced at 2099 Yuan (US$ 304). The 49-inch costs 2599 Yuan (US$ 377). The Mi TV 4A 49-inch AI Variant with 32GB storage costs 2899 Yuan (US$ 421).
The 55-inch Mi TV 4A carries price-tag of 3199 Yuan (US$ 464) while its 55-inch 32GB AI Variant costs 3599 Yuan (US$ 552).
The largest Xiaomi Mi TV 4A with 65-inch 4K display will sell for 5699 Yuan (US$ 827). It has 32GB AI Model is priced slightly higher at 6199 Yuan (US$ 900).
These Smart TV’s will be available from March 23, 2017.
