Xiaomi Redmi 4X visits TENAA with 5.5-inch 1080p display

The upcoming Xiaomi phone Redmi 4X has been certified at TENAA. The handset is very much similar to Note 4, at least in terms of design.
The handset has been listed on TENAA bearing codename MI 2016050. It has 5.5-inch 1080p multi-touch display and is powered by 4000 mAh battery.
The smartphone measures 151 x 76.3 x 8.54 mm and weighs 176.54 grams. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS and should have Dual SIM slots.
The Redmi 4X specs include 2GHz deca-core MediaTek Helio X20 processor. There are speculations that Xiaomi could release a Snapdragon 653 variant as well.
It comes in 2GB / 3GB / 4GB RAM options coupled with 16GB / 32GB / 64GB built-in storage space. It will allow further expansion up to 32GB as well.
The cellphone’s TENAA listing also reveals 5MP front camera for selfies and 13MP primary snapper on the back with LED Flash, Auto Focus and 1080p video recording capabilities.
The device also includes light, proximity, gravity sensor. It will have fingerprint sensor on the back and support all major connectivity options like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS etc.
