Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Specs revealed by TENAA

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has been talk of the town. Two smartphones bearing the name Xiaomi MEE7 and MET7 has been certified by TENAA.
Both of these models have almost the same specifications, apart from RAM and Storage. They measure 158.5 x 75.45 x 8.05 (mm) and weighs 179.5 grams.
They feature in 5.99-inch multi-touch display with 2160 x 1080 pixels Full HD+ resolution and 18:9 aspect ration. Both of these mobiles are listed with 2GHz octa-core processor. Speculation has it that it could be Snapdragon 630 or MediaTek Helio P25 SoC.
The Xiaomi MEE7 comes with 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM while the Xiaomi MET7 sports 4GB RAM and 64GB internal memory. They allow further expansion up to 128GB as well using MicroSD card.
Both of these Xiaomi Smartphones feature in 12MP primary auto focus camera at the back with LED Flash and 1080p video recording support. On the front side is a 5MP selfie shooter.
Xiaomi MET7 image -1They run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS with MIUI 9 on top. These handsets support 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, IR and 3.5mm Audio jack. There is a fingerprint sensor at the back as well.
The MEE7 / MET7 comes in Black, rose gold, gold, white, blue, red, pink, gray and silver colors. Rumor has it that Redmi Note 5 3GB RAM / 16GB ROM could be priced at 999 Yuan (US$ 150 / €128). The 3GB RAM / 32GB storage model is expected at 1299 Yuan (US$ 195 / €167) while the premium 4GB RAM / 64GB storage variant of Redmi Note 5 could go at 1699 Yuan (US$ 256 / €218)
