Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A press shots out, launching August 21

Xiaomi is all set to launch its new Redmi Series smartphone on August 21. Company will introduce Redmi Note 5A, which is successor to Redmi Note 4.
The launch event will be hosted by Lin Bin, one of the Co-founders of Xiaomi. The event will start at 19:30 GMT +8 Time. To make things interesting, Xiaomi has already started teasing the smartphone.
According to the TENAA, the Redmi Note 5A is expected to feature 5.5-inch screen with 1280 x 720 pixels HD resolution.
It might have 1.4GHz quad-core Snapdragon 425 Mobile Platform SoC with Adreno 308 GPU. Other rumored specs include 2GB RAM, 16GB internal memory and MicroSD card slot for further expansion up to 128GB.
The phone should features in a 5MP front and 13MP auto focus shooter at the back with LED flash. It is expected with 3000 mAh battery.
Usual connectivity options like 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.2 and GPS will be supported as well.

There will be a Redmi Note 5A Prime or Note 5A Pro variant as well. It is expected with an octa-core Snapdraogn 435 SoC, 3GB RAM, 32GB ROM and a fingerprint sensor. Other rumored specs include 13MP front and 16MP rear shooter.
