Xiaomi along with Redmi 4A has announced two new Redmi Series Phones called Redmi 4 Standard and Redmi 4 High end
Xiaomi Redmi 4 Standard
The phone measures 141.3 x 69.6 x 8.9 mm and weighs 156 grams. It has Hybrid Dual SIM slots (micro + nano / MicroSD) and support 4G LTE with VoLTE.
The Redmi 4 Specs include 5-Inch IPS display with 2.5D curved glass. The screen has 1280 x 720 pixels resolution, 72% NTSC colour gamut, 1000:1 contrast ratio and supports multi-touch.
Under the hood is an Octa-Core (1.2GHz A53 x 4 + 1.5GHz A53 x 4) Snapdragon 430 (64-bit) processor with Adreno 505 GPU. Inside is 2GB RAM, 16GB storage ROM and allows further expansion up to 128GB as well.
The Redmi 4 Standard variant is powered by 4100 mAh (typical) / 4000 mAh (minimum) battery. The device runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow based MIUI 8. The handset measures 141.3 x 69.6 x 8.9 mm and weighs 156 grams. It has uni-body metal design and comes with Fingerprint sensor on the back.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.1. GPS+GLONASS, IR Sensor etc.
Xiaomi Redmi 4 High End
This particular variant has some premium specifications than the standard variant. Those include 5-Inch IPS 2.5D curved glass display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. It has 1000:1 contrast ratio, 443ppi pixel density and 72% NTSC colour Gamut.
Other specs are more or less the same that include 5MP front camera with F/2.2 aperture and 13MP rear camera with F/2.2 Aperture, dual-tone LED Flash, PDAF and 1080p video recording support.
The phone is 8.9mm thick, weighs 156 grams and is fuelled by 4100 mAh typical battery. It has hybrid dual SIM slots (micro + nano / microSD) and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow based MIUI 8.
Connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.2, GPS/GLONASS etc. It has Fingerprint sensor and Infrared Sensor as well.
