ZTE Axon M (Z999) coming to China, gets Certified

ZTE’s first dual screen smartphone, the AXON M, is coming to China. The handset bearing the name ZTE Z999 has been certified by TENAA, a compulsory Chinese certification authority.
The Chinese variant of ZTE Axon M is more or less the same as the one launched in USA. It measures 150.8 x 71.64 x 12.10 mm and weighs 230 grams. It is bulky compared to most smartphones but this is due to its dual screens.
The ZTE Z999 packs in two 5.2-inch multi-touch LCD displays with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. These screens can be used in different modes like Dual Mode, Extended Mode, Mirror Mode and Traditional mode.
ZTE AXON M Foldable smartone image -1The handset is powered by 2.15GHz quad-core Snapdragon 821 processor with Adreno 530 GPU. It will launch in China in two options, a 4GB RAM with 64GB storage variant and 6GB RAM with 128GB internal ROM. The storage is further expandable up to 128GB using MicroSD card.
The ZTE Axon M comes with a single 20MP camera with LED Flash. It has CMOS Sensor, supports Auto Focus and 1080p video recording. The hardware is powered by 3180 mAh battery.
Most of the connectivity options like 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth and GPS are supported. There are array of sensors like Gravity, Light and Proximity.
The ZTE Axon M is expected to launch soon in China. It will come in Black color.
