ZTE Blade V2021 5G is finally official with Dimensity 720 SoC

ZTE’s latest Blade series smartphone dubbed as Blade V2021 5G (ZTE 8012N) has been officially announced for Chinese markets. It is an Android 10 powered smartphone with MiFavor 10 UI and comes with rear mounted fingerprint sensor.

The smartphone comes with measurements of 165.9 x 75.8 x 8.9 mm and weighs about 188 grams. It has Dual SIM slots with 5G (SA/NSA) and Dual 4G VoLTE support.

The ZTE Blade V2021 specs include 6.52-inch LCD display with 1600 x 720 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, 60Hz refresh rate and multi-touch support. Processing and graphics are handled by octa-core (2GHz A76 x 2 + 2GHz A55 x 6) MediaTek Dimensity 720 SoC with Mali-G57 MC3 GPU.

Depending on model, the smartphone comes with 4GB LPDDR4X RAM with 64GB UFS 2.1 storage space or 6GB LPDDR4X RAM with 128GB UFS 2.1 ROM. It has MicroSD card support up to 512GB. There is a 4000mAh battery with fast charging support.

The Blade V2021 5G features in an 8MP selfie camera coupled with triple rear cameras consisting of 48MP (main, F/1.79) + 8MP (120-degree ultra-wide angle, F/2.2) + 2MP (macro, F/2.4) shooters and LED Flash.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.1, USB Type-C, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou, FM Radio and 3.5mm headphone jack.

The ZTE Blade V2021 5G 4GB/64GB model is priced at 999 Yuan (US$ 152 / Rs. 11,230 approx.) while its 6GB/128GB variant has price tag of 1399 Yuan (US$ 213 / Rs. 15,720 approx.). The handset comes in Space Gray, Fantasy Blue and Space Silver colors. It is already up for order in China at JD.com and will sell from December 3rd.
