ZTE Blade V40s unveiled in Malaysia

Back in July, ZTE Blade V40 Pro went official in Mexico. Now, company has launched ZTE Blade V40s in Malaysia.

The smartphone is priced at RM 799 ($180 / Rs. 14,000 approx.) and comes in Black and Blue colors. There is no worn on mobile phone’s availability in other markets.

ZTE Blade V40s specs and features

Starting with dimensions, the device measures 163.5 x 75.8 x 7.6 mm and weighs 184.1 grams. It has a side mounted fingerprint sensor and allows face recognition for biometrics.

It has dual SIM slots and supports dual 4G VOLTE. It is powered by Android 12 OS out of the box. The mobile sports a classic flat-edge design that offers premium feel.

The ZTE Blade V40s specs include 6.67-inch AMOLED display that offers 2400 x 1080 pixels FHD+ resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, 60Hz refresh rate, 395ppi pixel density, 100% DCI-P3 colors and 93.8% screen-to-body ratio.

Under the hood is UNISOC Tiger T618 processor with ARM Mali-G52 MP2 GPU. It has 6GB RAM and allows additional 5GB Dynamic Fusion RAM from storage. The build in storage is of 128GB capacity, which is further expandable with MicroSD card slot.

The Blade V40s feature in 8MP front camera which is placed inside punch-hole. At the back side are triple cameras with LED Flash, which includes 50MP (main, F/1.8, 5P lens) + 2MP (depth, F/2.4) + 5MP (macro, 3cm, F/2.4) lenses.

There is a 4500mAh battery that supports 22.5W fast charging. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, dual band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.0, USB Type-C, NFC and GPS.
