ZTE Nubia Z17 Lite announced with Snapdragon 653 SoC

ZTE has announced lite version of Nubia Z17 and they are calling it ZTE Nubia Z17 Lite. It runs on Android 7.1 Nougat based Nubia UI 5.0.
It has dual SIM slots and supports 4G VoLTE. The device measures 152.75 x 72.55 x 7.60 mm and weighs about 168 grams. There is a fingerprint sensor located at the back.
The ZTE Nubia Z17 Mini specs include 5.5-inch in-cell Display with 1920 x 1080 pixels full HD resolution. It has 96% color saturation, 403ppi pixel density and comes with Corning Gorilla Glass protection.
The cell phone is powered by an octa-core (1.95GHz A72 x 4 + 1.4GHz A53 x 4) Snapdragon 653 SoC (64-bitn, 28nmm) with Adreno 510 (621.33MHz) GPU. It has 6GB LPDDR RAM (933MHz single channel) and 64GB eMMC 5.1 storage ROM.
The Nubia Z17 Mini features dual rear cameras with dual-tone LED Flash. It consists of 13MP (Sony IMX258 Color sensor) + 13MP (IMX258 Black and White sensor) shooters. They have Stacked image sensor, 5P lens, Sapphire lens protection, F/2.2 Aperture and supports PDAF hybrid focus.
On the front side is 16MP selfie camera with Samsung sensor (stacked image sensor), 5P Lens, F/2.0 aperture and 80-degree wide angle lens.
The hardware is backed by 3200 mAh Lithium-ion Polymer battery which is non removable. It supports Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging and comes with 9V2A charger.

The cell phone also supports DTS sound, D-Bass and Smart PA. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V4.2 BLE, NFC, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou, USB Type-C, USB OTG etc.
The ZTE Nubia Z17 Lite is priced at 2499 Yuan (US$ 380 approx.) and will be available from September 6, 2017.
