ZTE has released its latest Android based 2-in-1 projector / mobile hotspot called the Spro 2. It is portable and features a compact design, sporting dimensions of 5.3 x 5.2 x 1.2 inches and 19.4 ounces weight.
This 2-in-1 houses 5-Inch touch screen on the top with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution, 294ppi pixel density and has gorilla glass protection as well for scratch resistance. Under the hood is 2.1GHz Quad Core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat OS.
The ZTE Spro 2 specs include 6600 mAh battery that gives 2 hours of presentation time or about 10 hours using device wireless hotspot. It has 2GB RAM, 16GB Expandable storage memory and supports MicroSD cards up to 128GB. It supports T-Mobile’s 4G LTE network.
The device features HDMI and USB ports and makes use of Bluetooth V4.0. The projector has lamp life of 30,000 hours and features 4000:1 contrast ratio, 200 lumens brightness, Auto Focus and keystone correction.
The ZTE Spro 2 is priced at US$ 500 and is avaialable on T-Mobile’s online store. It can also be bought from Amazon.com and select brick and mortar stores from tomorrow.
