ZTE Tempo X announced for Boost Mobile

ZTE has announced a new smartphone in USA for Boost Mobile carrier called Tempo X. It is an entry level phone running on Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS.
Talking about specifications, it has a 5-inch display with 854 x 480 pixels FWVGA resolution. The cell phone is powered by 1.1GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 mobile processor with Adreno 304 GPU.
The ZTE Tempo X specs include 1GB RAM, 8GB on-board storage ROM and allows further expansion using MicroSD card. The smartphone packs in a 2MP front facing camera for selfies and video calling. On the back side is 5MP snapper with LED Flash.
The handset gets energy from 2200 mAh battery. ZTE is claiming that battery should last you a day, which is hard to believe though. Connectivity wise, it supports 4G LTE with HD Voice on Boost Mobile.
Other options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.1, GPS, MicroUSB V2.0 and 3.5mm Audio jack.
The ZTE Tempo X price is set at $79.99 (MSRP). For a limited period, those who “Make a Switch” to Boost Mobile will get unlimited talk time (2 lines) and 3GB 4G LTE date per line at $50 a month. The figure includes taxes and fees.
