ZTE V0721 certified, is it ZTE Blade V7 Lite successor?

ZTE has another smartphone in the making. A phone bearing the name ZTE V0721 has been certified by TENAA, revealing some of its specifications.
Before we go ahead, it is interesting to note that ZTE Blade V7 Lite carried model number V0720. The V0721 listing suggests a successor, and if not, Its variant.
Boasting a slightly upgraded specs, it has 5.2-Inch multi-touch display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. It has 1.3GHz octa-core processor (probably a MediaTek chip) and sports 3GB RAM. It has 32GB internal storage space.
The handset measures 146.1 x 72.6 x 8.25 mm and weighs 138 grams. It should have dual SIM slots and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. It has 2540 mAh battery that powers the hardware.
The ZTE V0721 specs also include 13MP auto-focus camera at the back with LED Flash and 1080p video recording support. On the front side is 5MP selfie shooter.
The handset will support 4G LTE along with usual options like Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth and GPS. There is a fingerprint sensor at the back as well.
The ZTE V0721 comes in Gold and Silver Gray colors. The cell phone is expected to make an official appearance soon.
