Amazfit Bip S smartwatch unveiled with 40-days battery life

Huami has at an event unveiled its latest Amazfit Bip S smartwatch. It was introduced along side Amazfit T-Rex, Amazfit PowerBuds and ZenBuds.

It has 5ATM rating, which makes it dust resistant and water resistant up to 50 meters depth. It is also very light weight at just 31 grams and comes with 20mm wide strap.

The Amazfit Bip S features a 1.28-inch always-on Reflective screen which is ultra bright even in daytime. It has 176 x 176 pixels resolution and offers vast display color gamut. The smartwatch also comes with 40 different watch faces to suite your mood.

It comes with built-in GPS + GLANOSS (Dual-mode positioning) which is possible thanks to Sony 28nm low-power GPS Chip. With GPS active, Bip S can last for about 20 hours on full charge. When in watch mode, it can last for up to 40 days (depending on usage). It battery can be fully fueled up in about 2.5 hours.

There is Bluetooth V5.0 for easy connectivity with smartphones. It includes 10 different sports modes and also integrates Huawei PAI analysis system. Once connected with smartphones, users can control music, get calls and message notifications, alarm / world clock etc. It also offers Heart rate monitoring.

The Amazfit Bip S price is $69.90 (Rs. 5000 approx.) and will be available in February 2020. It comes in Carbon Black, Red Orange, Warm Pink and White Rock colors.
