Huawei’s Honor brand has officially unveiled 8X Max (ARE-AL00) smartphone. It has 7.12-inch screen size which fits in a 6.3-inch display sized phone.
The mobile is 8.13 mm thick and weighs about 210 grams. It has Aluminum frame and 3D textured back. A fingerprint sensor is placed at the back for quick unlocking. The mobile runs on Android 8.1 Oreo OS with EMUI 8.2 on top.
The Honor 8X Max specs include 1.8GHz octa-core processor (Snapdragon 636 or Snapdragon 660) coupled with 4GB / 6GB RAM. It has 64GB / 128GB storage options and allows further expansion as well. There are dual cameras at the back consisting of 16MP and 2MP shooters. For selfies, it has 8MP front facing camera.
The smartphone features in a powerful 5000 mAh (typical) battery which supports 9V/2A fast charging and Reverse charging. Most of connectivity options including 4G VoLTE are supported.

The Honor 8X Max comes in Black, Sea Blue and Flame Red colors. It is priced at 1499 Yuan (US$ 220 / Rs. 15,750 approx.) for 4GB/64GB model. The smartphone is up for order at Vmall and will go on sale in China from September 11th. The Honor 8X Max Snapdragon 660 variant with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage will be available in October.
