Honor 9 Youth Edition with 5.65-inch display, Kirin 659 announced

Honor has officially introduced striped down variant of Honor 9, which company is calling it as Honor 9 Youth Edition (LLD-AL00). It is also largely known as Honor 9 Lite as well.
In terms of specifications, it has 5.65-inch IPS LCD screen with Full HD+ resolution. It is powered by octa-core Kirin 659 SoC and comes with 3GB RAM with 32GB ROM and 4GB RAM with 32GB / 64GB internal memory.
The Honor 9 Youth Edition specs include a total of four cameras, a 13MP + 2MP camera at the front and 13MP + 2MP main camera at the back (rear one with LED Flash.
Honor-9-Youth-Edition-Black-color-image-1The hardware is powered by 3000 mAh Li-Po battery. The Honor 9 Lite runs on Android 8.0 Oreo OS with EMUI 8.0 on top. It has fingerprint sensor at the back for quick unlocking.
Usual connectivity options like 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Hotspot, Bluetooth, GPS and 3.5mm Audio jack are present as well.

Honor 9 Youth Edition (Honor 9 Lite) Specifications

The Honor 9 Youth Edition or you might call it as Honor 9 Lite is priced starting at 1199 Yuan ($182 approx.) for 3GB RAM + 32GB ROM model. The 4GB RAM + 32GB storage variant is priced at 1499 Yuan (US$ 227 approx.) while the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage model costs 1799 Yuan (US$ 273 approx.).
The handset will begin selling in China from December 26th. It will also land in India, Russia and U.K soon. The mobile comes in Navy, Seagull Gray, Magic Nightfall, and Pearl White colors.
