Huawei has launched its latest Android Tablet named the MediaPad M2 7.0. It is first tablet in MediaPad lineup to feature a fingerprint sensor. Company also launched its latest G9 Lite smartphone along with the tablet.
The MediaPad M2 7.0 Tablet features a 7-Inch IPS LCD multi-touch Display and makes use of Huawei’s ClariVu 2.0 color enhancement technology. It runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS based EMUI 4.1.
Under the hood is Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor with Adreno 405 GPU. It has 3GB RAM and comes in 16GB and 32GB storage variants and houses MicroSD Card slot for further expansion. It has Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient Light Sensor and Gyroscope for added functionality.
The battery inside is of 4360 mAh and is non removable. It has Dual SIM slots inside with Dual Standby and supports 4G-LTE. Other Specifications of Huawei MediaPad M2 7.0 include 13MP primary camera on the back with F/2.0 Aperture, LED Flash and Auto Focus. On the front sits a 5MP selfie snapper as well.
Talking about connectivity, this Android Tablet supports Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, , Bluetooth, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS, 3.5mm Audio jack etc.
The Huawei MediaPad M2 7.0 is priced at US$ 292 (CNY 1899) for the 16GB model. The 32GB storage variant price starts at US$ 322 (CNY 2099). The tablet comes in White, Gold, Blue and Pink color options.
