POCO has launched its new X5 5G smartphone in India. It is priced at Rs. 18,999 for 6GB/128GB model and goes up to Rs. 20,999 for 8GB/256GB variant.
The mobile is offered in Jaguar Black, Wildcat Blue and Supernova Green colors. ICICI Bank card users can avail Rs. 2000 discount. There is also an additional Rs. 2000 exchange discount and No cost EMI option.
Specs of POCO X5 5G
It is an Android 12 based MIUI 13 powered smartphone featuring Hybrid Dual nano SIM slots. It has support for 5G SA/NSA (N1/N3/N5/N8/N28/N40/N78, 5G NSA: N1/N3/N40/N78 bands) and dual 4G VoLTE.
The POCO X5 5G measures 165.88 x 76.21 x 7.98 mm and weighs about 188 grams. It has single bottom ported speaker and has IP53 rated splash and dust resistance. It comes with a 5000mAh (typical) battery and supports 33W fast charging.
The POCO X5 5G specs include 6.67-inch Super AMOLED display that offers 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, 1200nits peak brightness and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
Under the hood is an octa-core Snapdragon 695 mobile platform with Adreno 619L GPU. It has 6GB/8GB LPDDR4X RAM options with 128GB/256GB UFS 2.2 storage space variants. There is support for MicroSD card up to 1TB as well.
The X5 5G packs in a 13MP front camera with F/2.0 Aperture. At the back side is a combo of 48MP (main, F/1.8), 8MP (ultra-wide, F/2.2) and 2MP (macro, F/2.4) lenses along with LED Flash. The phone houses a side mounted fingerprint sensor and a IR sensor.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.1, USB Type-C, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou and 3.5mm audio jack.
