Huawei Watch GT2 with Kirin A1 chip goes official in India starting at Rs. 14990

Huawei has officially launched its Kirin A1 chipset powered smartwatch called Watch GT2. It comes in 42mm and 46mm models, sporting 1.2-inch (390 x 390 pixels) and 1.39-inch (454 x 454 pixels) Super AMOLED display with 3D Glass.

The Huawei Kirin A1 chip integrates Bluetooth processing unit, audio processing unit an and ultra-low power consumption application processor for enhanced power management.

The Huawei Watch GT2 features in Heart Rate tracking with TruSeen 3.5, Huawei TruRelax and enhanced sleep monitoring. It also track activities through out the day and comes with 15 different workout modes.

The smartwatch measures 45.9 x 45.9 x 10.7 mm (41 grams) for 42mm model and 41.8 x 41.8 x 9.4 mm (29 grams) for 46mm variant. It is 5ATM rated and is water resistant up to 50 meters.

The Watch GT2 comes with integrated microphone and speaker. It also allows Bluetooth calling and supports GPS for tracking routes. It also includes accelerometer, gyroscope, geomagnetic sensor, ambient light sensor, capacity sensor and Air pressure sensor.

The Huawei Watch GT2 42mm price is Rs. 14,990. The Huawei Watch GT2 46mm Sports (Black) variant price is Rs. 15,990 while its 46mm Leather variant price is Rs. 17,990. The 46mm metal model costs Rs. 21,990. It will be available at Flipkart, Amazon and other leading retail stores including Croma.

Pre-booking starts at from December 12th (12:00AM) to December 18th. Those who pre-book will get Huawei Freelace earphones for free (worth Rs. 6999). Initial buyers till December 19th will get a chance to get Huawei Mini Speaker for free (worth Rs. 2999).
