iQOO Z5x 5G (V2131A) gets certified by TENAA

After announcing Z5 5G smartphone last month, iQOO is prepping launch of its new iQOO Z5x 5G mobile in Chinese markets. Ahead of its officially unveil, a smartphone with model number V2131A has been certified by TENAA. Its listing has revealed all the specifications and pictures of the handset.

For starters, the device measures 163.95 x 75.30 x 8.50 mm and weighs about 189 grams. It has side mounted fingerprint sensor and houses dual Nano SIM slots for 5G / Dual 4G VoLTE.

The V2131A model houses 6.58-inch multi-touch display with 2408 x 1080 pixels resolution. It should offer 120Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla glass protection on top.

Under the hood is 2.4GHz octa-core processor, which is likely to be MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC. It has 6GB / 8GB RAM options and 128GB / 256GB storage variants. TENAA confirms MicroSD card support up to 1TB.

The Z5x 5G houses dual cameras at back which makes up of 50MP main and 2MP (likely macro) lenses. At the front side is a 16MP selfie shooter. The cell phone comes pre-installed with Android 11 bases Origin OS 1.0.

It has 4880mAh (min) battery capacity and supports fast charging (44W). For connectivity, the handset supports Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.2, USB Type-C, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou and 3.5mm audio jack. [source]
