Lenovo has announced its latest mid range phone in China called Lenovo Z6. The newest member in its ‘Z Series’ runs on Android 9.0 Pie with ZUI 11 on top.
The phone features in G2+ curved fame with roll cage design. Its back sports 3D dazzling effects thanks to its ICM process and 10 layers of nano-scale coating.
The Lenovo Z6 specifications include 6.39-inch multi-touch OLED display with HDR10 support. It has 2340 x 1080 pixels resolution and 19.5:9 aspect ratio and delivers DCI-P3 Color Gamut. It comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor for fast unlocking.
Under the hood is octa-core (2.2GHz x 2 + 1.8GHz x 6) Snapdragon 730G mobile platform with Adreno 618 GPU. The mobile comes in options of 6GB RAM with 64GB / 128GB storage and 8GB RAM with 128GB internal memory. There is a dedicated MicroSD card slot which allows further expansion up to 512GB.
The Lenovo Z6 features in 24MP (Sony IMX586 sensor, F/1.8) + 8MP (Telephoto, F/2.4, 2X loss-less zoom) + 5MP (Depth, F/2.4) triple rear shooters with LED flash. At the front side is a 16MP selfie camera with AI Beauty.
The phone measures 157 x 74.5 x 7.97 mm and weighs 159 grams. It has 4000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. Connectivity options include Dual 4G VoLTE (via Dual Nano SIM slots), Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.0 LE, GPS/GLONASS and USB Type-C port.
The Lenovo Z6 6GB/64GB variant price is 1899 Yuan (US$ 275 / Rs. 19,020 approx.) while the 6GB/128GB model costs 2099 Yuan (US$ 305 / Rs. 21,030 approx.). The premium Lenovo Z6 with 8GB RAM and 128GB ROM costs 2499 Yuan (US$ 363 / Rs. 25,040 approx.). The smartphone comes in Blue color and is up for order and in China and will start selling soon.
