Motorola has officially launched its new Moto G22 smartphone in India. It was first unveiled for European markets back in March.
Specifications of Moto G22 include 6.5-inch MaxVision display that gives 1600 x 720 pixels resolution at 20:9 aspect ratio and 90Hz refresh rate.
It has dedicated dual Nano SIM slots and allows dual 4G VoLTE. The phone measures 163.95 x 74.95 x 8.49 mm and weighs up at 185 grams. It has water repellent design, a side mounted fingerprint sensor and a bottom ported loudspeaker.
The Moto G22 specs include octa-core MediaTek Helio G37 processor with IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU. It has 4GB RAM and 64GB Built-in storage space. The handset comes with dedicated MicroSD card slot that supports further expansion up to 1TB.
It comes with a 16MP front camera with F/2.45 aperture. At the back side is a combination of 50MP (main, F/1.8), 8MP (118-degree ultra-wide, F/2.2), 2MP (depth, F/2.4) and 2MP (macro, F/2.4) lenses.
The smartphone runs on Android 12 OS based My UX. It has 5000mAh battery and supports 15W fast charging. Motorola has included a 20W charger inside the box.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.0, USB Type-C, GPS and 3.5mm audio jack.
Motorola Moto G22 price in India, availability
The Moto G22 is priced at Rs. 10999 and comes in Cosmic Black and Mint Green colors. It will go on sale online at Flipkart from April 13th. ICICI Bank credit card holders can avail Rs. 1000 discount on making purchases between April 13th and 14th.
