Motorola expands its Moto G Series lineup with the launch of MOTO G22 smartphone. The handset went official in European markets and will land i markets of Latin America, Middle East, Asia and India in coming weeks.

The smartphone measures 163.95 x 74.94 x 8.49 mm and weighs 185 grams. It has dedicated dual nano SIM slots and microSD card slot.
The phone packs in a side mounted fingerprint sensor. It runs on Android 12 based My UX out of the box. The Motorola Moto G22 specs include 6.5-inch MaxVision display offering 1600 x 720 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio and 90Hz refresh rate.
Under the hood is an octa-core MediaTek Helio G37 processor with IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU. It has 4GB RAM and comes in 64GB/128GB storage options. MicroSD card up to 512GB is supported.
The Moto G22 feature in 16MP front camera with F/2.45 Aperture. At the back side are quad cameras with LED Flash. These include 50MP (main, F/1.8), 8MP (118-degree ultra-wide, F/2.2), 2MP (depth, F/2.4) and 2MP (macro, F/2.4) lenses.
The hardware is powered by 5000mAh battery and supports 15W charging. The handset sports a water repellent design for added durability. It comes with a bottom ported loud speaker.
In terms of connectivity, it has Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5Ghz), Bluetooth V5.0, USB Type-C, GPS, NFC (in limited markets) and 3.5mm audio jack.
Price, colors
The Moto G22 color options include Cosmic Black, Pearl White, Mint green and Iceberg Blue shades. The handset is priced at 169.99 Euros (US$ 187 / Rs. 14,255 approx.).
