Motorola launches Moto G31 smartphone in India

Motorola has officially launched its new Moto G31 smartphone in India. It was first introduced for European markets earlier this month.

Moto G31 specifications and features

The device measures 161.19 x 74.6 x 8.49 mm and weighs 180 grams. It comes with IPX2 water repellent rating and houses a fingerprint sensor for biometrics.

It has hybrid dual Nano SIM slots and supports dual 4G VoLTE. The smartphone runs on Android 11 OS out of the box. It has dedicated Google assistant and a speaker at bottom.

The Moto G31 specs include 6.4-inch MaxVision OLED display offering 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio and up to 700nits of brightness. It has fairly noticeable bezels and boast 88.8% screen-to-body ratio.

Powering inside is an Octa-core Mediatek Helio G85 processor with Mali-G52 2EEMC2 GPU (1000mhz).

The Moto G31 come in option of 4GB RAM with 64GB storage and 6GB RAM with 128GB storage space. It is expandable up to 1TB using microSD card.

For optics, Motorola G31 feature triple cameras at back with LED flash. It includes 50MP (main, Quad Pixel, f/1.8) , 8MP (ultra-wide / depth f/2.2) and 2MP (macro, f/2.4) cameras at back. For selfies and video calling, it has a 13MP front camera with f/2.2 aperture.

Connectivity options include Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.0, GPS + GLONASS, USB Type-C and 3.5mm audio jack. It has a 5,000 mAh battery and includes 20W Charger in the box.

Price and availability

The G31 comes in Meteorite Gray and Sterling Blue colors. It will go on sale at Flipkart from December 6th.
