HMD Global has launched its new budget Android One smartphone in India called Nokia 2.2. It comes with dual SIM slots and microSD card slot and houses a dedicated Google Assistant button.
The phone runs on Android 9.0 Pie OS. It has 3000 mAh battery which packs inside phone dimensions of 145.96 x 70.56 x 9.3 mm with total of 153 grams weight.
The Nokia 2.2 Specifications include 5.71-inch TFT LCD multi-touch display with 1520 x 720 pixels resolution and 19:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood is 2GHz quad-core MediaTek Helio A22 processor with IMG PowerVR GE class GPU.
The smartphone comes in options of 2GB RAM with 16GB ROM and 3GB RAM with 32GB internal storage. The device also allows further expansion up to 400GB using MicroSD card.
The Nokia 2.2 specs sheet lists a 5MP front camera with F/2.2 Aperture, 1.12micron pixels and face unlock support. At the back side is single 13MP camera with LED flash, 1.12micron pixels and F/2.2 Aperture.
Connectivity options like Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.2, MicroUSB V2.0, GPS/GLONASS, FM Radio and 3.5mm Audio jack are supported.
The Nokia 2.2 2GB/16GB variant price is 6999 while the Nokia 2.2 3GB/32GB model costs Rs. 7999 (price is for limited period till June 30th). The mobile comes in Tungsten Black and Steel colors. It is up for pre-order at company’s official site and will be available from June 11th. The device will also land at Flipkart and offline stores.
