HMD Global has officially launched its latest budget smartphone called Nokia 2. It runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS and is upgradable to Android 8.0 Oreo in future.
The phone sports an IP52 rating for splash resistance. It has Dual SIM slots and supports 4G VoLTE. The device measures 143.5 x 71.3 x 9.30 mm and packs in polycarbonate back and 6000 series aluminum frame.
The Nokia 2 Specs include 5-inch in-cell LTPS LCD screen with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. It has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection as well for added durability.
Talking about hardware, the mobile is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 212 Mobile Platform coupled with Adreno 304 GPU for graphics. It has 1GB LPDDR3 RAM, 8GB internal ROM and allows further expansion up to 128GB.
Looking at connectivity options, it supports Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V4.1, GPS/GLONASS, FM Radio and 3.5mm Audio Jack.
