HMD Global has officially launched Nokia 7.2 smartphone in India. It company’s latest mid range Android One smartphone powered by Android 9.0 Pie OS.
The phone is crafted from polymer composite (2x stronger than Polycarbonate and half lighter than aluminum). It has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection at the front and back. The rear side also sports a Fingerprint sensor for fast unlocking.
The Nokia 7.2 specs include 6.39-inch HDR10 PureDisplay with FHD+ resolution. It has dedicated Pixelworks visual processor which upscales video content to HDR quality in real time.
Under the hood is octa-core Snapdragon 660 SoC with 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB storage options. There is a dedicated MicroSD card slot for further expansion as well.
The Nokia 7.2 features in 48MP primary rear camera with ZEISS optics. it has quad-pixel technology, AI and unique ZEISS bokeh styles – ZEISS Modern, ZEISS Swirl and ZEISS Smooth. There is a secondary 8MP 118-degree ultra wide camera and 5MP depth sensor at the back as well. The front side houses 20MP quad-pixel shooter with ZEISS optics.
There is a 3500mAh battery. It has dedicated Google Assistant button and Notification LED. Most of connectivity options are supported as well.

The Nokia 7.2 4GB/64GB price is Rs. 18,599 while the Nokia 7.2 6GB/128GB cost Rs. 19,599. It comes in Charcoal and Cayan Green colors. The smartphone will go on sale from September 23.
