HMD Global has launched its new Nokia G21 smartphone in India. It was first introduced for European markets back in February.

The G21 offers a 6.5-inch V-Notch display that gives 1600 x 720 pixels resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio and 90Hz refresh rate. It has side-mounted fingerprint sensor and runs on Android 11 OS out of the box.
The phone measures 164.6 x 75.9 x 8.5 mm and weighs 190 grams. It has dual Nano SIM slots and allows dual 4G VoLTE. Powering inside is 1.6GHz octa-core UNISOC T606 processor with Mali-G57 MP1 GPU.
The Nokia G21 specs include 4GB LPDDR4X RAM with 64GB storage and 6GB LPDDR4X RAM with 128GB internal memory. It has dedicated microSD card slot for further expansion.
For optics, an 8MP camera is placed at the front. The rear module houses 50MP (main, 1/2.76″ CMOS sensor, 0.64um, F/1.8, 5p lens) + 2MP (depth, F/2.4) + 2MP (macro, F/2.4) lenses along with LED Flash.
The Nokia G21 supports OZO audio and includes 3.5mm audio jack. It has 5050mAh battery and allows 18W fast charging. Apparently, a 10W charger is included inside the box.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V5.0, USB Type-C, NFC (in select market) and GPS/GLONASS/Beidou.
