Nubia z17s goes official – Specs, Price

ZTE’s Nubia brand has just announced Nubia Z17s flagship smartphone in China. It was certified by TENAA couple of days back.
Its has 7 series aviation grade aluminum alloy frame and 3D glass back. Its rounded corners have Corning Gorilla Glass protection for added durability.
The cell phone sports 147.46 × 72.68 × 8.5 mm dimensions and  Weighs 170g. It has rear mounted fingerprint sensor that unlocks in just 0.1 seconds.
It runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS with Nubia UI 5.1 on top. It has dedicated dual SIM slots and supports 4G LTE.
The ZTE Nubia Z17s specs include 5.73-inch LTPS display with 2040 x 1080 pixels Full HD+ Resolution and 96% NTSC color gamut. It has Corning Gorilla Glass protection and supports multi touch as well.
A 2.45GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 835 64-bit 10nm processor  powers the hardware with   Adreno 540 GPU clocked at 710 MHz. It has 6GB LPDDR4X RAM with 64GB/128GB UFS 2.1 storage space. There is an 8GB LPDDR4X RAM variant as well with 128GB UFS 2.1 storage.
The Nubia Z17s featues in 5MP + 5MP dual front-facing selfie cameras cameras with f/2.2 aperture and 79.9-degree wide-angle lens. On the back side is dual camera setup with dual tone LED Flash. It consists of 12MP  CMOS camera with 1.4μm pixel size, f/1.8 aperture and 1/2.55″ sensor size. Secondary one is a 23MP camera with f/2.0 aperture.
A 3100mAh battery powers the hardware. It also support 26W fast charging that charges to 50% in 25 minutes. Most of connectivity options like 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11ac dual-band (2×2 MU-MIMO ), Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou, NFC, USB Type-C are supported as well.
The ZTE Nubia Z17s price starts at 2999 yuan (US$ 455 / Rs. 29,610 approx.) for the 6GB RAM with 64GB storage version. The 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version costs 3999 yuan (US$ 607 / Rs. 39,510 approx.). The smartphone comes in Black and Blue colors and will be available in China starting October 19th.
