The Realme GT 5G smartphone was first unveiled back in March. Now, company has released the handset for global markets.
The Realme GT 5G is now official in Europe. It comes in Racing Yellow, Dashing Blue and Dashing Silver color options. Its 8GB/128GB variant will cost €449 (US$ 543 / Rs. 39,870 approx.) while its premium 12GB/256GB model price is set at €559 (US$ 675 / Rs. 49,620 approx.).
Under Realme’s early bird offer, those who buy 8GB/128GB model at Aliexpress between June 21st and June 25th can get it for €369. Its 12GB/256GB model will sell for €499 at Amazon during its Prime Day sale dated June 21st to 22nd in Europe.
Recalling specifications of Realme GT 5G, the mobile has 6.43-inch Super AMOLED display offering 120Hz refresh rate, 360Hz touch sampling rate and FHD+ resolution. Its screen offers 1200nits of peak brightness with 4096-levels of brightness adjustment, 100% DCI-P3 colors and 91.7% screen-to-body ratio.
Under the hood is octa-core Snapdragon 888 mobile platform with Adreno 660 GPU. It has 8GB / 12GB LPDDR5 RAM with 128GB / 256GB UFS 3.1 storage options. Inside this smartphone is stainless steel + copper VC cooling tech with large area heat sink for 100% coverage.
In terms of cameras, inside a punch hole is a 16MP front camera with F/2.5 Aperture. At the back side are three cameras consisting of 64MP (main, Sony IMX682, F/1.8) + 8MP (119-degree ultra-wide, F/2.3) + 2MP (macro, F/2.4) shooters and LED Flash.
Powering inside is a 4500mAh (typical) battery capacity with 65W Super Dart flash charging. It can fully charge handset in just about 35 minutes. Also bundled are stereo speakers delivering Hi-Res audio and has Dolby Atmos support.
5G (SA/NSA) and Dual 4G VoLTE is supported via dual Nano SIM slots. Other connectivity features include Wi-Fi 6e 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V5.2, USB type-C, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou and 3.5mm audio jack.
