Redmi has launched its new Redmi 11 Prime 4G and Redmi 11 Prime 5G smartphones in India.
Redmi 11 Prime 4G / 5G specs and features
Starting with dimensions, these measure 164.0 x 76.1 x 8.9 mm and weigh about 200 grams. These come with P2i splash resistant coating, a side mounted fingerprint sensor and an IR blaster.
Both Redmi 11 Prime smartphones have 6.58-inch LCD display with 2408 x 1080 pixels resolution, 30Hz/60Hz/90Hz adaptive refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate and up to 500nits brightness.
These come with dual Nano SIM slots and are powered by Android 12 based MIUI 13. They include a 5000mAh (typical) battery inside and supports 18W fast charging.
The Redmi 11 Prime 4G model runs on octa-core MediaTek Helio G99 processor with ARM Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. The Redmi 11 Prime 5G model has octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.
Both of these come in options of 4GB LPDDR4X RAM with 64GB UFS 2.2 storage and 6GB LPDDR4X RAM with 128GB UFS 2.2 storage. They include a dedicated microSD card slot for further storage expansion up to 512GB.
The Redmi 11 Prime 4G/5G come with an 8MP front camera with F/2.0 Aperture. These include 50MP (main, F/1.8) and 2MP (depth, F/2.4) cameras at the back with LED Flash. The 4G model has an additional 2MP macro lens with F/2.4 APerture.
Connectivity options include dual 4G VoLTE, 5G (only in 5G model – n1/n3/n5/n8/n28/n40/n78)), Wi-FI 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Dual Band (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth V5.1, USB Tyep_C, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou and 3.5mm audio jack. Hi Res audio is supported.

The Redmi 11 Prime 5G will go on sale in India from September 9th. It will be available at Amazon.in, Mi.com, Mi Home Store and Offline stores.
