Samsung has silently introduced a new Galaxy A series smartphone called Galaxy A02 (2021). The phone bears model number SM-A022F.
The Galaxy A02 (2021) is powered by Android 10 OS with One UI on top. It has Dual Nano SIM slots with dual 4G VoLTE support. There is no fingerprint sensor though.
The mobile has measurements of 164 x 75.9 x 9.1 mm and weighs 206 grams. It has 6.5-inch Infinity-V LCD display with 1560 x 720 pixels resolution, 19.5:9 aspect ratio and multi-touch support.
The Samsung Galaxy A02 specs include 1.5GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6739W processor (64-bit) with PowerVR Rogue GE8100 GPU.
The handset has three variants – one with 2GB RAM and 32GB storage and others with 3GB RAM and 32GB / 64GB built-in ROM. The device has MicroSD card slot for further expansion up to 1TB.
The Galaxy A02 features in 5000mAh battery inside and supports 7.75W charging. It has 5MP front camera with F/2.0 Aperture coupled with dual shooters at the back with LED Flash. They include 13MP (main, F/1.9) + 2MP (macro, F/2.4) shooters.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth V5.0, GPS/GLONASS and 3.5mm audio jack. For audio enhancements, the device has Dolby Atmos.
